Ball Valve

Main features: The ball is fixed by upper and lower trunnions, so the seat rings doesn’t afford too much flow pressure force when valve is in closed position. Under flow pressure, the seat ring floats slightly to the ball and form a tight seal. Small operating torque, small deformation on seats, reliable sealing performance, long service life are the main advantage of trunnion mounted ball valve. Trunnion mounted ball valves are widely used in long distance pipeline and normal industrial pipelines that can withstand various kinds of corrosive or noncorrosive flows.

Main features: Ease for online overhaul and maintenance. When valve needs to be repaired, it doesn’t need to remove the valve from the pipeline, just remove the body-bonnet joint bolts and nuts, and then move out the bonnet, stem, ball and seats assembly to repair the parts. It can save maintenance time.

Main features: Seat of metal to metal ball valves have special protection and tight shut-off design to be applied to some poor conditions, such as high- temperate, high pressure and abrasive mediums, to fully solve the problem of inner leakage and outer leakage, and ensure reliable sealing with zero leakage.

Main features: Valve body joint is fully welded that eliminates external leakage through body joint. The valves are specially suitable for long distance buried pipelines with rigorous service conditions, such as city gas, city heating, petrochemical plants and etc.

Main features: Low temperature ball valve is designed with extended bonnet, which can protect stem packing and stuffing box area to avoid the effect from low temperature that causing the stem packing lost its elasticity. Extended area is also convenient for insulation protection. Valves are suitable for Ethylene, LNG plants, air separation plant, Petrochemical gas separation plant, PSA oxygen plant, etc.

Main features: With rising stem and mechanical cam design to achieve the tilt and turn action, eliminates friction and abrasion between body seat and ball surface. Single seat design can eliminate the problem of excessive pressure trapped in the body cavity. Rising stem ball valves are widely used in those plants where are with high temperature, high pressure, frequent operation, zero leakage, emergency shutoff, hazardous medium isolation, etc. Some typical applications such as molecular sieves exchange valve, hydrogen dispenser inlet and outlet valve, emergency shutoff valve, measuring pipeline shutoff valve,etc.
