Gate Valve

Main features: closure part is designed with one piece of gate and one piece of segment. When valve is opening, the contact angle surfaces between gate and segment will force the gate and segment expanded to contact with body seat to get valve seal. Valves are suitable for water, sewage industries. Valves can’t be used for throttling and drainage purposes.

Main features: valve body and bonnet are manufactured by forged steel materials, such as ASTM A105, A182 F11, F5, F304, F304L, F316, F316L, etc. Valves are mainly used in firepower plants for controlling air, water, steam and other corrosive flows.

Main features: Slab gate valve is an efficient and reliable through-conduit gate valve, with two floating seats to provide a tight seal with the gate. Full bore through conduit design can eliminate flow turbulence. Pressure drop is no larger than through an equal length of pipe.

Main features: Low temperature valve is designed with extended bonnet, which can protect stem packing and stuffing box area to avoid the effect from low temperature that causing the stem packing lost its elasticity. Extended area is also convenient for insulation protection. Valves are suitable for Ethylene, LNG plants, air separation plant, Petrochemical gas separation plant, PSA oxygen plant, etc.

Main features: Body is manufactured with anti-corrosive material. The valves are suitable for pipelines in chemical plant and refinery plant.

Main Feature:
The sealing surface can only be sealed by relying on the medium pressure, that is, the sealing surface of the ram is pressed to the seat on the other side by the medium pressure to ensure the sealing of the sealing surface, which is self-sealing. Most gate valves are forced to seal, that is, when the valve is closed, it is necessary to rely on external forces to force the gate to the seat to ensure the tightness of the sealing surface. This type of valve should generally be installed vertically in the pipeline.

Main features：closure part is wedge type, which can provide an auxiliary seal load that will help valve seals under either high pressure or low pressure. Normally valves are used for those services which didn’t need to operate the valves often. The valves can’t be used for throttling purpose.
